HISTORY
Trend Building and Development, Inc. was founded in August 2000 by Joseph Pansulla, Jr., President, and Joseph Pansulla, III, Vice President. Since its creation, Trend has constructed and participated in the building of new homes in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties. We are dedicated to providing customer satisfaction through good planning, quality construction, and delivering a finished product without frustration, friction, discord or delay.
WORKING WITH US
For over fifteen years, Trend Building and Development, Inc. has been constructing custom homes and luxury home renovations in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. In 2000, Joseph Pansulla, III and Joseph Pansulla, Jr. (now retired) founded Trend as a father and son team specializing in homes. Integrating commercial into Trend’s repertoire was a natural expansion of their growing company. As a family-run business we offer a different approach.
